About me

I am an experienced coach, workshop facilitator, professor, manager, and consultant with over 20 years of experience across large and small for-profit and non-profit organizations.
In my coaching, I work with professionals, such as attorneys, consultants, accountants, physicians, academics, and managers, to help them get the results and experiences that they want at work and at home. I am an expert on professionals' work-life balance, on workplace relationships, and on creating change. I am a certified “co-active” coach (CPCC), trained by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the leading coaching schools in the world. I am also accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

I design and facilitate workshops that enable participants to devise strategies for balancing work and life, effectively lead organizational change, develop strategic relationships that help them succeed, and coach others. I have consulted manufacturing, retail, and professional services organizations on change projects ranging from downsizing to implementing human resources systems for rapid growth and to determining causes for dearth of women in upper echelons.
I am a wife and a mom of two young girls. I hold a doctorate in management from the Harvard Business School; an MBA from University of Kansas; and an undergraduate degree in law from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. I am a professor at the Simmons University's School of Business in Boston, MA.
